Fair enough, just peeves me thats all - when you have to listen to people whinging about stuf like that all day long you kinda get annoyed about it

Don’t get me wrong, I am happy with the offer, I just think its misleading. They don’t exactly go out of their way to tell you its going to be a month before you get your “impulse item”. The phone arrives the next day.

Yeah they will say that - say for example the despatch the item on the 26th day…

They still have to advise a further timescale incase the courier service they use has delays

Also, you will notice my point is that it said up to 28 days, then they told me at least 28 days, then they told me 28 days plus 7 days.

Sorry if I sound annoying about it - just i stumbled accross this and i couldnt understand why you had this problem.

When i got my deal from Dialaphone everything was fine… phone arrived on time, and the free gift arrived on day 27th.

I think some people don’t read the terms and conditions to what they are signing or research stuff properly

I work in customer complaints for a seperate company and it annoys me because somewhere people probably work hard to get the stuff out on time to their customers and it must seem really ungrateful to them

Says this in the pages relevant to any free gift purchased… even the automatic cashback is 28 days before payment

FYI!!!

May I just add that actually it does state in the terms and conditions of sale which can be found one the website - and alos in the order confirmation sent to customers that free gift delivery will be within 28 days.

And the reason it is 28 days is to make sure that a customer stays a customer and can no longer cancel the contract
